What are we looking for?

As an Automation Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and integrating content creation and digital marketing workflows with AI and automation solutions. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our processes. This hands-on position requires a fast understanding of the workflows, fast execution, and the ability to work independently to move forward with quality, even in the presence of some uncertainties or blank spaces in the process. So practical problem-solving is an integral part of the function. You’ll be directly involved in creating proof of value for different automation and AI tools, demonstrating their potential to transform our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced scale up environment.


  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand and analyse existing workflows and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement within the team’s strategies and processes.
  • Leverage automation platforms like Make, Zapier or others to streamline and optimise processes.
  • Actively experiment with and integrate Generative AI tools into our workflows, focusing on creating tangible proof of value for each tool, in order to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content and marketing workflows, automation processes, and AI solutions with overall business goals.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to help team members adeptly use the new tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Set up and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of AI integrations and Automations, using insights to drive further improvements.
  • Ensuring that all the solutions developed are truly impactful.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies about AI and automations, ensuring our team scaling is efficient.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Process Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, strategies, and processes.
  • Proven experience with automation platforms like Make or Zapier.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies, with the ability to integrate them into content creation and digital marketing processes to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and AI advancements.
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands-on approach and fast execution.
  • Basic hard skills in prompting and process design.
  • Basic python programming skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technology experimentation.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Working proficiency in English
